Perched atop a hill overlooking the immense beauty of the Hill Country, the design grounds the newly constructed house into the unblemished, surrounding landscape while providing safe and comfortable places for children to play. Replete with native grasses, draping groundcovers, and colorful wildflowers, the land is graded to direct on-site drainage to passively irrigate trees and newly installed meadows surrounding the property.
