Cassel Landscape Architects provided landscape architectural and interior planting design for this new East Austin eatery. Clumping bamboos, sculptural succulents and ornamental grasses were incorporated to create a tranquil dining patio along a bustling street. A stylized steel herb and cocktail garden enables the restaurant to produce their own herbs for food and beverages. Green vine screens frame the two building entries and hundreds of indoor plants are placed on suspended planting shelves throughout the dining room.
